Upon acceptance of your child into NSLCA, the following items must be submitted:

Photocopy of Catholic Marriage certificate of the parents.

Photocopy of child’s Birth and Baptismal certificates.

Photocopy of Holy Communion and Confirmation certificate if applicable.

First monthly tuition payment.
